I have gotten the hang of splitting ovpn files formatted with <ca>, <cert> & <key>, then you turn key and cert into a .p12 file. but I have a file with a <tls - auth > file, How do I take this file, and turn it into ca and p12 files?
also, where else can I post this question that would offer more support?

You will probably need to learn about openssl pkcs12 command.
