openvpn 4g modem entered manually

Hello,
I am writing to you because I would like to add an OpenVPN file to a 3G modem, but with the modem version I cannot load the vpn file. so I have to enter it manually. I will put the screenshots to tell me if I made a mistake on a parameter.
