OpenSSL Context: CA not defined

Post by texaskilt » Sun Apr 10, 2022 3:37 pm

Hello all!

I'm trying to create my first VPN with OpenVPN on IPFire and I'm running into a error when trying to connect with OpenVPN Connect client.

I have configured the firewall and generated my root, host, DH parameters, and TLS Authentication Key.

I've downloaded the client package from the IpFire which contains the .ovpn profile and the p12 certificate.

I've imported the p12 certificate into the OpenVPN Store.

I've downloaded the OpenVPN Connect client and imported the profile and the certificate.

When AI attempt to connect, I get the following error:

Error message: SSL_context_error: OpenSSL context: CA not defined

I've tried searching on this error and haven't had much luck in finding an applicable solution.

Anyone have any suggestions?
