Restricted profile in Android

Hi,
I am using Android 10 on Lenovo TB-X606X device.
While connecting to server using OpenVPN Connect and standard user profile there is no problem.
Problem occures while trying to connect using "Restricted profile".
The error:
"There was an error attempting to connect to the selected server.
Error message: cannot acquire tun interface socket
"
To me it seems like lile lacking privileges but how to go around it I have no idea.
Is there any solution?
