VPN connected on android but unable to access work url

Hello,
I am trying to shift to android for work. My firm's dev environment is accessible via Opvn profile on windows. I have imported the same profile to my app on android. It says that it is connected , however i am not able to access any of my work URLs.
How do I go about solving this? Any help would be appreciated.
