I'm using a .ovpn file to connect to the VPN and now it fails to connect and shows the below message.

[*]AUTH: Received control message: AUTH_FAILED
[*]SIGUSR1[soft,auth-failure] received, process restarting

I'm using this for my university work.
I created the config file using portmap.io and there's no login credentials. It's an automatic login.

Now I can't continue my final project due to this issue.
I have attached a screenshot for reference.

I would suggest that you ask portmap.io for help with their service. We cannot possibly help you with it.
