Connected, but chrome works outside the vpn

Hi folks,
I connected my android device with my server at home successfully. On terminal app I ping to every machine in my home net in Germany. But in Chrome I can't connect to my WebServer at 192.168.10.208. Chrome (one of this what is my IP website) tells me, my adress is one in Jordan (where I be at this time for holidays).
Under settings my mobile Phone tells me a IP from the Hotel WLAN.
My question: Are where some settings in Android to set for working the VPN on all Apps? I'm confused about it, on my Linux Notebook the same configuration with the same connection works great and system wide...
