Client does not start

I have a problem with the openvpn connect client. I have reinstalled the client on one user but it just does not start.
Normally the client starts automatically after the installation, but here nothing happens. Also a manual start as administrator did not help.
The client is running Windows 10 64bit in the current version. The client is the current version that is offered for download.

The issue has been resolved. I was able to fix the problem by deleting the Temp folder.

I'm still running into this issue. OpenVPN Connect client was open for me this morning and refuses to open even after multiple reinstalls. Only workaround is to use the OpenVPNGui client?
