OpenVPN cuts WiFi

Hello,
Two users that have HP laptops, whenever they try to connect from home with OpenVpn to the server their WiFi connection breaks. This doesn't happen with Lenovo or Dell computers.
I have tried every solution that I've found on interent, but this really has some connection with OpenVpn.
