Import / export of settings & profiles

Does anyone know of a method to save and restore the settings and VPN profiles loaded into the Android app? I just got finished with customer support and they don't have any mechanism within the app itself. An in-app import/export feature would be useful in cases where there are a dozen or more VPN profiles defined, but alas no. So now I'm looking for another way to do it (non-rooted devices).
