We have problem with openvpn community v2.5.5 on windows7 and wanted to submit bug report...
Fine, let's register...

Registration was successful, but did'nt recieve any e-mail...
Looking for a reason and you'r ip is in spamlist:

Ok fine, got somehow in without confirming anything by email, because did'nt get any email (bad and unsecure practice)
Started to submit bug report... All seems to be fine till end:

OpenVPN have had some problems with the automatic emailer, it is being investigated.

Your account here is working, as is your trac account.

There has never been an email verification loop in our community services. People are just used to it, that's why they expect it. That said, there is a genuine problem with email delivery from the user registration webapp that is being fixed. That why you did not see the welcome email.
