Windows 10 get_device_reg_property

After starting the installation, the following error occurs openvpnmsica get_device_reg_property: SetupDiGetDeviceRegistryProperty(1) failed Error 13: Недопустимые данные.
Does anyone know what is wrong?

That is usually due to some misbehaving security product on your end.
