Hi- can no longer connect with the following instruction:

RESOLVE: Cannot resolve host address: xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.com:xxxxx (No such host is known. )
Could not determine IPv4/IPv6 protocol

Service worked great from October 2021 until December 2021 when I could no longer connect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
