Giving clients access to a separate server instance on the VPN server

This is probably a noob question, but how can I give a clientX connected to openvpn serverY access to the local network on the same serverY?
Let's say there is a webserver running on serverY that is only available in the local network. How could clientX use that server as a remote VPN client?
