remote openvpn connected website

I have an ubuntu server in a friends barn in Indiana 600 miles distant from Cape Cod, connected back to my ubuntu server.
Can I easily put the Indiana remote server 10.13.x.147 on the web on my domain in Buzzards Bay on Cape Cod?
I may be making this more difficult than it is.
I have been SCP'ing content back and hosting it it at home.
I would prefer just putting the remote openvpn connected apache up for view remotely.
