OpenVPN - IP doesn't change for some clients

Hi,
I am sharing my OpenVPN server with a few of my friends, but for 2 (one Mac and one Windows 10) of them the IP address won't change, i.e. when surfing on Chrome and typing "what is my IP" it shows their own IP address and not the VPN, meaning that their connection is not rerouted through the VPN.
It works fine for the rest of us, though.
Server's + client's configuration already has the " redirect-gateway " config.
What could be the problem?
