How to access to internet using first client's gateway?

Hi, I have bit strange request. I'd like to configure that every client to use one specific client's internet access.
Openserver will have public ip address. Let's call it SERVER.
By default every openvpn client will use SERVER's internet access.
For example. SERVER will have internal 10.8.0.1 address. Every client will use 10.8.0.1 as their main gateway.
But I'd like to setup as follows. I will have a certain client. Ideally I will make sure he gets always get 10.8.0.2 address.
If he is connected, every client will use 10.8.0.2's internet access. Otherwise just use default 10.8.0.1?
Is this possible with openvpn?
