Problem downloading servers for openvpn

Hello,
I am using few apps like "VPN Servers" to download servers for openvpn.
From unknown reason lately when i hit the refresh button
I suffer download problem that say :
"Invalid data received from proxy"
And only few servers appear from japan.
How to solve this and download more servers from other countries? What is the problem causing this?
