Two internet Routers and One VPN server

Hi.
I have two internet routers. On the network one Web Server with OpenVPN running...
Clients from both routers can access to the web server, the network is configured with two gateways and it is running correct.
Clients from Router1 can access to the VPN (10.8.0.2 etc...)
Clients from Router2 can't access to the VPN.
All ports are opened and redirected to the server.
Router1 gateway 192.168.1.1
Router2 gateway 192.168.2.1
Server 192.168.1.10 eth0 -- 192.168.2.10 eth0:0
What is the configuration needed on the server side?
