Change External IP Once Connected

I'm running OpenVPN on PFSense for ~100 users with split tunneling enabled for bandwidth reasons.
The VPN server has an external IP address of 11.22.33.44 and a user has an external IP of 55.66.77.88.
When a client connects they currently retain their external IP, 55.66.77.88 rather than picking up the IP of the OpenVPN server. However I would rather they appeared to have the servers external IP so I can set ACL's on some of our cloud services to only allow access from 11.22.33.44
Any pointers would be appreciated
