New OpenVPN Server Setup

The Easy Windows Wiki (https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/w ... dows_Guide) is outdated and I cannot figure out how to set up a server with OpenVPN v2.5.3
The commands for EasyRSA from the Wiki don't work anymore after EasyRSA went through an update from what I gathered.
Can anyone point me to a simple updated guide?
