How to log all the traffic in the OpenVPN Server?

I wanted to log all the requests going through the OpenVPN server.
I am not talking about the OpenVPN connection logs.
I am not talking about the OpenVPN connection logs.
- How to enable the user activities/request/traffic logging?
Where is the log stored?
Do any cloud VPN solutions provide such features?
