Connection drops for 10-15 second

Hey everyone,
I am fairly new to openVPN. I am currently trying to troubleshoot an issue with one of our lap VPN connections. I have been noticing throughout the day, we experience connections drops for about 10-15 seconds at a time multiple times a day. I have been looking at our server configuration but have no luck on figuring out what's wrong. Where should I start with this?
