Accessing a remote desktop computer over OpenVPN

Hello Guys,
can someone tell me how i need to configure openvpn(arch linux) so that i can connect to my windows machine at work?
So i would connect with my Laptop to my OpenVPN Server and with my Windows Machine.
How can i configure openvpn so that the 2 devices can access each other?
Laptop -> OpenVPN Server <- Windows Machine
