Perfect Privacy: Configuration System failed to Initialize

Hey,
recently started having this issue(https://ibb.co/rfQ5BC5). Updated my .net framework, ran a SFC scan, couldnt resolve the issue.
Has anyone had the same issue, I use the Perfect Privacy client.
Any help would be appreciated.
