I need help, How I do to connect my client PC to connect the server for join the domain controller ?

You need to set up a dns and push down to client so it can find solve name solution before you can join a domain. only post very little config in here nobody help you at all . people know nothing about your network and who is controlling domain so how to help?

You are administrator can make changes to domain controller? Only admin can setup and help you do that

I have it before , but I don't remember what I have, It something command to connect to a DC server , Connect something ?

You need to ask network administor to help you. Only that person can help and give you All infor to make it work. Asking a stranger on internet how to join a domain is somewhat not good . Nobody know how and what to connect to.
