Migrate Server and VPN Error

Hello Everyone I am a newcomer to this group. Basically, I want to know how to migrate a server from one server. My site https://www.exactlly.com/blog/index.php/questions-for-your-erp-implementation-partner/ is based on an apache server. But I am trying to migrate it on AWS, so if anyone knows how to do that please let me know. Also, I am unable to open my https://exactlly.com/contact-us.html on VPN. I have checked all the related things but I am unable to open it. Can anyone check and let me know how to resolve this. Thanks in advance.
