OpenVPN 3.3.0 - IPv6/IPv4 tunnel preferences

Dear Community,
I'm a new user of the OpenVPN Connect client for Mac.
Added a profile & connected successfully. However, when I was looking under advanced settings of the IPv6 settings I can't quite understand what the different options refer to.
There are three options to chose from:
- No preference
- Combined IPv4/IPv6 tunnel
- IPv4-only tunnel
What do the different options do in regards to IPv6 traffic? Which one is best to select if I wish to route both IPv4 & v6 traffic through the OpenVPN?
