vpn server threw proxy ??

hi all , im new here and got a quick question 
is it possible to make the proxy server port xxx to send/receive all data threw socks/http proxy x.x.x.x:yyyy ?
the main idea is to make
vpn client to connect to vpn server which uses a proxy
is this doable ?
