so they told me to change verbosity to 6 in the config file how do I do that for it to work supposedly

In the client config, increase the verbosity
verb # in this case verb 6 how I do that?

If we can track them down then we can fire them for being so obtuse ..

I have just put the Personnel Director on maximum alert.

I sent a Level-11 encrypted EAM with the following instructions:

• IMMEDIATE ACTION - TERMINATE EMPLOYMENT
  STAFF: help-desk - Match personnel-name-id: "*dave*"

Our personnel director likes to call himself David, so I'm not sure how well this will go down with him ..
