Hey bro
OpenVPN connect is wrong when running on Windows。

Error Message:Pkey::parse_pem:error in private key:: error:06065064:digital envelope routines:EVP_DecryptFinal_ex:bad decrypt /

Q1：What is the reason for this connection？
Q2：Is it a server configuration problem or a client configuration problem?

Hello superzo,

Try providing the client with an unencrypted version of your private key and see if it works then.
