Why is there no more tap-windows-xxx.exe since version 2.5.x?

Hi everyone,
I know the various tap-windows-xxx.MSM are now available, but the old tap-windows-xxx.exe was very useful.
The latest version is tap-windows-9.24.2xxx.exe.
Can you also make tap-windows-9.24.6xx.exe available for the latest version?
