Hello,

please excuse my bad english. I've got a raspberry pi 4b with pivpn and everthing works fine. You can connect with the pi and surf on the internet. That works really good.

But...i gave a conf to a good friend of me to play some old games (Age of Empires, etc.) via this local openvpn. This didnt work, although we could ping each other and our firewalls were disabeld.

What could we do, to fix this problem?

You probably need to use --dev tap

It all depends on the game: viewtopic.php?f=37&t=32725&p=101170#p101170

If both you and your friend can ping each other and both of your firewalls are off, it sounds like the problem may be with the VPN configuration. Are you experiencing any specific issues or messages.
