server-to-client communication with router vpn client

I have a VPN CLIENT on my DDWRT router and I want to access its LAN clients from the server level.
Unfortunately, I cannot even ping it.
It is not the server's fault. When I connect to the VPN server being a client on a Dekstop PC then everything works, I can ping such clients, and eg. access their node server on port 3000.
I should note that I CAN ping the server from the PC connected to the ROUTER with VPN CLIENT on it!
Also, I can ping the router itself while being in the same WAN.
What is the problem? What config should I use? Here I provide you with a schema of a connection I would like to achieve.
I guess it's the routing issue.
