OpenVPN installation

I can't install openVPN, message:
Service "OpenVPN Interactive Service"
(OpenVPNServiceInteractive) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
Why?

When click to install OpenVPN, Right-click and select Run-as Administrator.
