Issues with login portal

Anyone else experiencing password issues with their login? Every time I have to Sign in as Owner on the myaccount.openvpn.com/login, it never recognizes my password. After I go through the reset process, it doesn't log you out thankfully so I can do a few modifications. It makes account maintenance impossible though. I've encountered the issue with two separate accounts, so I thought I'd see if anyone else has found a workaround.

That doesn't sound like a common problem to me at all. I think instead of posting on this public forum you should contact us at https://openvpn.net/support and explain your problem so that someone within the company can actually investigate this and see what can be done to solve it.
