Cannot reach ports

Good morning,
I am stuck, my tunnel seems to work well behind port 443. Ik run a openvpn server on my Asus router, Internet works well however I can't reach for example https://www.domainname:port however 192.168.1.23:port works fine (With a warning though) Both point to the same service running on my server at home.
Does anyone have a suggestion how to solve this issue?
