Question about logging

Hi,
I have an OpenVPN server configured on a CentOS7 distro. In the server.conf file of my server i have the following setup for logging configured which works fine:
/var/log/openvpn/openvpn-status.log (this log file displays who is connected and what internal IP is assigned for this user)
/var/log/openvpn/openvpn.log (this log file displays the external ip of the connected clients ans shows READ/WRITE data)
Are there other things that can be logged? Is it possible to view somewhere what sites are being visited by the clients?
Thanks in advance!
