Lost pem certificate?

Hello, I have a problem with an Open vpn installation on a centos server. Basically the ca server seems to be lost, and no new VPN users can be configured, even if the existing ones connect normally. How can I restore?
OpenVPN version 2.2.2, OpenSSL version 1.0.0
in the path / etc / openvpn there are:
ca.crt
assano.conf
assano.crt
assano.key
assano.ovpn
dh2048.pem
openvpn-ssl.cnf
ta.key
