DDNS and Viscosity problem

Hi,
I downloaded the OpenVPN VM (Ubuntu base), configured the server via GUI and I am able to connect through the client.
If in Hostname or IP Address I enter my DDNS (xxx.dlinkddns.com), the client cannot connect via Viscosity on the MACbook.
How can I correctly set the parameters to be able to access with DDNS on Viscosity? (I can only log in by setting the public IP).
I state that through the OpenVPN client app I can also access through DDNS.

The problem appears to be that the DDNS service you are using is discontinued.

The email was a little more verbose than the support web page but the end result is the same.
Some dlink products might allow you to choose a different DDNS service provider than the one they terminated. You may need to update to the latest firmware to get those options.
Technically D-Link and how to make it function with DDNS is outside of the scope of OpenVPN Access Server. For further help, you should take a look at their own forums here:

Thanks for the reply, but the DDNS service is regularly active and I use it through the openVPN client application, TunnelBlick, etc.
The problem is manifested only by using Viscosity
