Open VPN 2.5.0 - Connection over LAN doesn't work

Hello together,
we have a problem.
only WLAN connection
OpenVPN 2.5.0 is working fine over only WLAN connection.
LAN connection:
But if I connect the client with a LAN Cable I have problems and Outlook doesn't work.
The VPN is connectedand the VPN adpater has IP address.
WLAN and LAN connection:
But if I connect the client with a LAN Cable and WLAN is activated I have problems and Outlook doesn't work.
The VPN is connected, and the VPN adapter has a correct IP address
I don't find any setting for network adapter.
Dees anybody has a sme problem.
