Is it possible to set up routing based on source ports?

I am considering such a scenario, that a vpn server is hidden under a normal website.
I want to redirect and outbound request not from that webserver or ssh to another vps.
Obviously it cannot be distinguished by source ip or destination ip but only by source ip.
Is it possible to do so? Thanks.
