Help setting up on Windows: folders mentioned are missing

Hello,
The wiki herehttps://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/w ... ingOpenVPN refers to a folder called easyrsa. There is no easyrsa folder in my installation.
I went to git and got 3.0.8 and pasted it in. That didnt work either.
All I need to do is get OpenVPN up on my windows PC so clients can connect to my lan.
