Find an OpenVPN expert

I work for a French company in Paris and I am French.
I have a rather limited level of English at the moment.
We need help to stabilize the free OpenVPN solution installed and to configure a redundancy and a monitoring tool on the server.
We are looking for an OpenVPN expert to help us with this.
