Can not ping to another network LAN ot one server

I have OpenVPN server with 2 ethernet :
first ethernet 192.168.1.0/24 this use for VPN access from client
second ethernet 192.192.192.0/24
2 ethernet connected to same router
IP forwarding at OpenVPN already enable
I want to OpenVPN client can ping the second ethernet 192.192.192.0/24
anyone can give me advice for routing or config at server side
