Which business solution should i prefer ?

Hi dear community
i have an 5 branch business at different cities and we are using a customer management system baset a php web site and mysql database with approx 30 user simultaneously.
For now this website is public acess domain with basic login screen and personels of branch logging in this customer management website in basic login screen to this public domain php webiste.
i want this web site should only accessible by vpn client connection.
There is too much option they confused me.
initially Which business solution should i prefer in my situation? which one is fits best to my model as cost and performance ?
i dont want to chose more complex system beyond my necessity or less basic system insufficient for needs.
By your guidance i will start research
