Hi,

Looking to set up an OpenVPN network for industrial devices which looks a bit like this:

I want to be able to communicate with the remote LAN devices from the Office PC, even though they have duplicate LAN IP's across networks.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance.

No way to do this, It is the same when you find a house on the same two roads name. you cant find the way around correct to the house .

You cant setting each 3g modern difference subnet so they are not the same and can make site to site connection ,If you make that you can fully use all subnet of each and all of them can communication each other.

GL inet router have very nine and simple openvpn client so you can create full link as you like .
