New bug Openvpn connect 3

I was sharing my vpn on ps4 with windows and i noticed that the ps4 can't connect to the playstation network because it is too slow to deliver the ip address. I tried sharing the internet without openvpn and it goes smoothly. How i can solve? First this method works and I think something has changed.
