How to get support for OpenVPN Access Server

No rights can be claimed from responses posted here. Please note that anyone can contribute and participate on these forums and therefore only general answers can be given. Anything that relates to private information such as private keys or logs that contain sensitive information should not be posted here. Private keys should in general never be posted.

You may request support from the OpenVPN Inc. company itself. All customers of OpenVPN Access Server or OpenVPN Cloud may use the official support ticket system to receive support. Tickets submitted to the official support ticket system are handled with care and privacy, and as such it is possible to exchange logs and configuration details there in confidence. To access the official support ticket system make sure you have registered on the main openvpn.net website (different system than here) and submit a ticket at: https://openvpn.net/support
