Hi,

We are getting an internal server error when downloading the client after logging in.

The affected URL is https://xxxxx.xxxxx.com/config/ZGFycmVu ... signed.dmg. the same happens for both windows and Mac and all versions.

the error thrown is:

Internal Server Error
Sorry, an internal server error has occurred

CPage error in CMain/locateChild
Retry Login

Any ideas?

Hello,

The most common reason for this is that the hard disk is full on the server side. Therefore it can't allocate some temporary space to create and offer the bundled profile installer file for this user. You can verify on the server if the disk is full and either clean up old logs or make more disk space on the server.
